Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups; 4 servings
1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |

1/4 | cup | sour cream | |

2 | tablespoons | finely chopped chutney | |

2 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | curry powder | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
2 | cans | (5-oz.) Swanson Chunk Chicken | |
|
|||
1 | small apple, diced (about 1/2 cup ) | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chopped celery | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | toasted slivered almonds | |
|
|||
4 | slices | pineapple | |
|
In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, lemon juice, curry and salt. Toss lightly with chicken, apple, celery and almonds. Chill. Serve on pineapple slices. Garnish with additional almonds if desired.
