Yield: 4 to 6 servings
| 2 | Tablespoons | canola oil | |

| 1/2 | pound | broccolini, cut into flowerettes | |
|  | |||
| 2 | cups | thinly sliced carrots | |
|  | |||
| 2 | cups | sliced fresh mushrooms | |
|  | |||
| 1 | lemon, thinly sliced | ||
|  | |||
| 1/4 | cup | butter, melted | |
|  | |||
| 3 | Tablespoons | granulated sugar | |
|  | |||
Saute broccolini in oil until tender crisp; remove.    
Stir in carrots and saute until tender crisp.  Stir in mushrooms and saute lightly.  Return broccolini to skillet and stir in lemon.    
Combine butter and sugar; add to vegetables.  Stir until vegetables are glazed and serve immediately.
