1. Lightly coat 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
2. Combine marshmallows and peanut butter in large saucepan.
3. Place saucepan on burner.
4. Turn burner to low heat.
5. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted, about 10 minutes.
6. Add food coloring to marshmallows; mix well.
7. Add cereal to marshmallows; mix well.
8. Turn burner off.
9. Spoon cereal mixture into baking pan.
10. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Press down firmly using back of spoon.
11. Place pan in refrigerator and cool one hour.
12. Cut into 8 long, thin strips. Cut each strip in half to make 16 strips.
13. Remove strips from pan.
14. Press chocolate chips onto both sides of one end of each strip to make lizard's eyes.
